He is a Director at the Jamaica Library Service and the National ICT Council; an independent body tasked with giving the Science, Technology, Energy and Mining Minister advice on ICT policy and strategy.

She is passionate about the commercialization of innovation and so focuses her practice on intellectual property, technology and e-commerce, telecommunications as well as corporate matters inclusive of mergers and acquisitions and financing.

Dr Renee Rattray is a Jamaican educator with a unique combination of expertise in the areas of special education, leadership development, teaching, training and coaching, behavior change and change management, as well as project management. She currently leads the Jamaica National Building Society Foundation's iLead programme, a distinct private-public partnership targeted at developing leadership in Jamaican schools that have been cited as most in need of support by the National Education Inspectorate (NEI).
